The supermodel will hand over the divorce papers to LA County Superior Court citing 'irreconcilable differences' as early as next week, according to the speculation.
The couple - who met in 2004 while Heidi was pregnant with her eldest daughter Leni with Italian businessman Flavio Briatore - married in May 2005 and renew their vows every year on their anniversary.
They have three biological children together - Henry, six, Johan, five, and two-year-old Lou and Seal has adopted Leni, now seven.

The couple were last seen together earlier this month as they walked around the shops in Brentwood village in LA before dropping their daughters off at dance class.
Heidi - who raked in $20million last year according to Forbes - was last seen at the Golden Globes on Sunday, which she attended alone.
And the alleged breakdown of their marriage, which has been reported by American website TMZ, could be something to do with the fact that the pair are 'opposites' - according to Heidi herself.

'Part of why we’re so good together is that, in a lot of ways, we’re opposites,' Heidi told Self magazine back in 2010.
'I’m speedy, and I don’t like sitting still for long. My husband is the most patient person I’ve ever met.
'He can explain something to the children for hours, and I will just say, "OK, this is how it is".
'We’re both really creative people. We may have some different passions, but we love, respect and trust each other.'
If true, the break-up would come as something of a surprise - given that, as celebrity couples go, Seal and Heidi were thought to be relatively stable and secure.
